Rings, fused glass by Michelle Rial
Black squared rings intersect within this fused glass artwork. Sifted powdered black fusing glass form a grid pattern under top layers. Multiple small squares of colors and clear glass are stacked around and inside the circle rings. Each stack is separated, then high temperature kiln fired to flow together. This results in a visual and structural shift.
